1. Download an application form and complete all sections
of the form. Your application will not be considered unless you have
paid the AUD$100 application fee, completed all sections of this form
and attached required certified copies of relevant documentation
requested.
2. Attach certified copies of your previous studies transcripts and English proficiency test - IELTS or TOEFL.
If your documents are in a language other than English you must provide an officially certified translation of each document, together with certified copies of the original documents
For all previous secondary and tertiary studies you must supply official records showing all subjects attempted, grades achieved (including failures) and an explanation of the grading system. Degree or diploma certificates do not constitute official records. A photocopy of an original document is acceptable only if it is certified as a true copy of the original by a Commissioner for Declarations, a University or College Registrar or another recognised examining authority. Sign and date the declaration on the last page of the form.

Making an offer
If your application is successful we will send you an Offer of
Admission. This will:
The University will advise you by letter if your application is unsuccessful.
Your offer letter may be either of the following:
Offer of Admission
This Offer of Admission (final
offer) is unconditional as you have satisfied all requirements of entry into
UWS.
Conditional Offer of Admission
A Conditional Offer of
Admission may be made if you are required to satisfy all the conditions
specified prior to the commencement date shown, such as Academic and English
requirements.
A final Offer of Admission will only be made when the
applicant provides the university with certified evidence that
English Language requirements have been satisfied.
Accepting your offer
To accept an Offer of Admission you must sign and return the Letter
of Acceptance that accompanies your Offer of Admission. You must also
pay your first semester Tuition Fees and any other charges described
in the Offer of Admission at this time.

Confirmation of Enrolment
When the University receives your Letter of Acceptance and the fees
described in the Offer of Admission, you will be issued with a
Confirmation of Enrolment.
The Australian Diplomatic Mission will not issue you a Student Visa until Australian Immigration staff receive a Confirmation of Enrolment issued by the University.
Applying for your Student Visa
You must obtain a Student Visa before you come to study in
Australia.
On receipt of an Offer of Admission to the University of Western Sydney you may begin the Student Visa Application process. Visa information is also available online.
Make your final preparations for arrival in Australia. Please ensure that you respond to information the university sends you concerning Airport Reception and Accommodation preferences.

commencing in the Autumn Session (February/March) and by 15th May for
