International students seeking exchange
A student exchange program is based on an official exchange agreement between two partner universities. Students are required to pay full fees to their home university while studying at a host university and vice versa.
If you are enrolled at a university that has a formal Exchange Agreement with the University of Western Sydney you may be eligible to apply to study at UWS as an exchange student. See Participating Universities.
All students are required to maintain a full time workload while studying at UWS. The academic work you complete should be counted for credit towards your degree back home. Credit transfer arrangements, made with your home university, prior to departure ensure that an exchange period should not extend the normal progression of a students' degree program.
All exchange program requests must be made through the relevant office at your home university.
