What we do
The NDCO Program provides high quality services to help people with a disability or chronic medical condition in Western Sydney move from school to post school education and training and then to employment.
We work directly with individuals, parents, education providers, employment services, and community and government services.
Our goals are to:
-
Improve transitions to help people with a disability from school or community into post-school education and training and subsequent employment.
-
Increase participation by people with a disability in higher education, vocational education and training and employment.
-
Establish better links between schools, universities, TAFEs, training providers and disability service providers so that they can work together to provide the best possible assistance for people with a disability.
There are 31 NDCO positions in regions across Australia. For more details consult the DEEWR website at www.deewr.gov.au/ndco.
