  Only those students whose courses do not participate in the online Rule Waiver need to use the Rule Waiver Request Form

Assessment

• Assignment Cover Sheet - DOC 41KB - for the use of onshore students only. Please contact your Unit Coordinator for assistance with this form.
• Special Consideration During Teaching Session - PDF 74KB - to be used during the teaching session only. Use this form to apply for Special Consideration for (1) an assessment task; (2) a unit; or (3) more than one unit.
• Request for Extension - PDF 91KB - to be used up to three working days before an assessment task is due. After this, you must apply for Special Consideration.
